What we believe

A home should reflect the people who live in it. That means listening first, learning how you live, and designing rooms that are comfortable, beautiful and easy to care for. We write the plan in plain words, show you concepts before anything is bought and tell you honestly when something will not work or when a simpler path will do.

We start with you, not a template. A busy family, a retiree, a restaurant owner and a landlord need different answers, and our advice is about what suits your rooms, your habits and your budget, including keeping what you already own when that is the right answer.

What we do

How we work

Every project starts with a conversation and a careful look. We examine the rooms, talk through goals and budget and note what you want to keep. You receive a written scope that lists the services, the deliverables, the meetings, the purchasing arrangements and the schedule, so you can approve it or compare it with any other proposal. We keep a record of every selection and order. At the end we style the rooms and walk through them with you. One contact schedules your project and stays reachable afterward. We are independent and work with the builders, contractors and suppliers you choose.
