A national trade association for home builders and remodelers that publishes housing news, research and policy information.
The National Association of Home Builders, or NAHB, represents builders, remodelers and others in the housing industry. Its website shares news and research on housing markets, builder confidence, permitting and policy. Owners in Nashville who are building or remodeling may find it helpful to understand what shapes costs, schedules and choices in the housing market, even though most project decisions are local.
We are an independent firm and are not part of NAHB. We summarize the general topics the association covers and point you to its official site and to local builder groups for local information. As interior designers, we coordinate with builders daily, and we find that clear drawings, early selections and good communication matter more than any single trend. We are glad to explain how design and construction schedules fit together on your project.
